Recommendations for AIP Cookbooks?

What cookbook(s) do you recommend for cooking via autoimmune protocol (AIP)? I was diagnosed with celiac disease in December and have gone gluten free. But I now suspect that I have POTS. Plus, going gluten free hasn't alleviated my IBS symptoms.

Hi I have tried gluten free but it didn’t do anything for my symptoms. I have POTS and the recommendation is to stay hydrated, increase sodium intake, and wear some form of compressions socks/tights. I am looking into anti inflammatory diets currently because I have an issue with whole body inflammation.

Well, cutting out gluten hasn't alleviated my IBS symptoms and I suspect that I have POTS since my heart races and BP drops when I exert myself in the heat. I'm going to follow up with my doc on Monday.

Some people make having gluten free recipes more complicated than necessary.

I don't necessarily use cookbooks. It has been trial and error with different gluten free products and foods, and watching things or looking up things. I have started to make my own gluten free cooking guide though with my preferences. My IBS is not gone, but the pain I had due to eating gluten is. What kind of foods do you enjoy? There are good gluten free options that taste really good, and others that don't at all, it just varies on product and preference.
