Yes, back in 2007-2008 I was totally stuck in the house for 8 months until they switched my meds, then as time went on I was able to break out of it in the winter months due to less activity going on outside.

The issue with Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia is that it eventually created depression because I was so isolated watching life just go by as I was scared to leave.

Yes. I won't leave my house unless I really have to. I'll push myself to do more but honestly I'd rather just stay home. Zoloft has helped manage the anxiety.

I have been in my house close to an entire year, and only leave for necessary things like groceries and whatnot. I have been working with my therapist to ease myself back into the world.
