Struggling with Agoraphobia: How to Cope?

Hello, I've been struggling with agoraphobia for awhile now and it's been really difficult for me. I have no one in my family who I can really relate to or talk to about it. How do you cope with it?

I wish I could bring my dog, but sadly he's no support dog (he's to hyper)... If anything I support him more than he supports me lol 🤣

Finding friends who can come over and explain for me helps me cope with my family not understanding

and it’s also important that you don’t go through this alone, anyone can be part of your support system

I have found it helpful to bring a bag filled with things that help to calm, distract or ground me. it could be anything you want, anything that helps! if you are out and starting to feel anxious, just bust out the bag! it has helped me loads, I take mine everywhere 💕 hope this helps
