Can't Remember Touching My Earrings

I don’t know if this would be considered “brain fog” or “memory loss” let me know.👇🏽 Earlier today I saw the earrings I wanted to wear and after I got dressed I decided to go ahead and put on my earrings.. so I go back into the bathroom wear my earrings were only to not see them.. they were not there! I looked all over the bathroom but my daughter found them on my bed. I don’t remember even touching my earrings. AT ALL! I’ve been thinking about it all day and I truly do not remember touching them at all.

This happens to me all the time sadly. I think about something to do and a few seconds later I’m like wait what did I want to do. It happens with medicine too and I’m so anxious about it that even if I’m 95% sure I took it, I might miss a days dose. I’ve tried to figure out ways to remember that though. Sometimes I tell whoever is around me what I was thinkings is I don’t forget 😂

How about this 1. We passed a restaurant we've been talking about about trying and I reminded my husband. Why don't we try it rhis weekend? He says we just did. We liked it. It was pretty good. I have zero memory of ever going there. Zero! He says it was good and I don't remember. Not the first time for that to happen. Anyone have this happen?

I've done that so many times! I blame fibro, but I genuinely don't know if it is that or my hypoxia issues or what.
