I struggle a lot with codependency and its really hard for me to be independent bc of my anxiety. Something that helps me is doing things just for myself or things that I want to do without someone else. For me it was something small and easy for me such as drawing or writing, something creative that was just for me. Taking small steps to prioritize yourself is super important and practicing self care and achieving your own goals is also really helpful in my experience!
