Looking for Affordable Online ADHD Group Coaching
what is a good online "Group Coaching" for adults with ADHD? Needs to be a cheap option or they should take sliding scale. like maximum 150-200$ month.

There aren't a lot of "cheap" options. :( I did BetterHelp and it was worse than useless. Honestly, YouTube is the biggest thing for me. Just watching people talk about how they deal with stuff.
It validates that what I'm experiencing is real (since so many people still don't think ADHD is a thing) and gives advice that actually works.
Way too many self-help advice/apps/planners et ect. Just aren't built with ADHD in mind. They don't work and then you blame yourself.
Luckily the YouTube ADHD community is big
