Struggling to Find Affordable Mental Health Care

currently trying to find a therapist and/or psychiatrist but i am so poor and so mentally ill no one will take me :/

Google the name of your town and the words public mental health clinic. There should be places in your state that operate on a sliding fee scale and/or free for both therapy and psychiatry services. If this doesn't turn up anything, DM me.

There is an online therapy called 7cups that is $150 a month, no matter how often you use it, if that's something you could potentially afford, and you can talk to volunteers on 7cups for free. Similar program through BlahTherapy except it's $25 a session and the free volunteers are to (as far as I know) untrained
