hi! I'm new here I'm not sure what to expect but I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for over a year now anxiety has somewhat calmed down i have learnt how to cope a bit better but recently my anger has been getting the better of me I'm not violent I just wanna scream sometimes I'm finding life a bit much at the moment I don't really know what else to say I don't know how this works
