Advocating for Myself at the Doctor: Salivary Gland Issues?

I feel like I’m posting a lot here recently but I’ve feeling a bit worse and trying to figure out the best way to advocate for myself at my doctor this week. Does anyone have experience with having issues with salivary glands and somehow being related to pots or heds? It sounds random but I’ve had an ultrasound and while it is in the normal range, one of them is larger than the other and it’s been causing me pain (hence the ultrasound). I didn’t get much more of an explanation other than there were no signs of cancer. I’ve been trying to research a bit online to see if this could anyway be related and have come across one or two possibilities but wanted to see if anyone has experienced this or something related. I’ve read that Sjögren’s syndrome can cause issues with salivary glands and overall cause pots and I do have a few other symptoms but I’m mostly just looking for anyone else’s experiences. I’m so worn out with having one thing after another recently.

My doctors found out I had Sjogren’s after I tested positive for POTS (among other secondary conditions) 😊 I would love to chat about it either on this post or through messaging - whichever works best for you!
