Advice on Moldable Ear Plugs

Does anyone have any advice on moldable ear plugs? Do they work? Are they comfy? Do they stay in? I can’t handle the over are headphone like ones they feel heavy and like my head is being squished but the in ear ones are giving me cuts in my ears

moldable ear plugs are great imo! i have piercings so the over ear are very uncomfortable for me as well. they feel really weird as they mold, but after they’re pretty comfy!!
