Advice on Breast Reduction: Insurance Coverage and Emotional Struggles

I'm looking for advice on a breast reduction. my parents seem quite supportive, but its a worry on whether insurance will cover it. I experience frequent back pain and marks on my shoulders from bra straps. my clothing options in my closet have rapidly gone down and I honestly get really down about looking like this and not being able do anything about it sooner. I've been feeling like this for about two years, not to mention the rashes. Finnaly, they're very disproportional to the rest of my body, so no matter how much I excercise, they still make me look bigger. help.
