Advice for Dealing with Depression

Hey, looking for advice. I was diagnosed when I was 19 and didn’t take it seriously back then. 21 now and hit a rock bottom a couple of weeks ago I’m still trying to climb myself out of. While I feel a little better with the medication, what can I do to feel more motivated and happier if possible?

Track little goals towards your bigger goals and allow yourself to feel accomplished and take time to breathe and focus on your breathing to center yourself examine the thoughts that try to destroy your peaceful calm mind and pick up more psychology through it

Simply do what you love doing! For me, I was just diagnosed two weeks ago so I'm still new to this, but I have learned that doing some of my fave hobbies to calm me down helps. I personally love making jewelry and coloring and it works for me. So I suggest taking part in one of your hobbies if can and also do hella breathing exercises
