Hey all! Has anyone gone through Adrenal Insufficiency after taking prednisone? Any tips on dealing with all of the pain and weakness?

I have to take Dexamethasone (steroids) as part of my cancer treatment. For a while they had me on high dose once a week. When I would come off of that I felt so horrible and tired. Can they lower your dose?
