I just got diagnosed with secondary adrenal insufficiency. My doctor basically told me to find the answers to my questions online when I asked him for details. Can anyone share any general information and/ or advice with me?

Oof, that’s a bummer. And then they wonder why we turn to Google! I’ve dealt with this (SAD) on and off since I was a kid (35 now), and am still figuring it out. I don’t have any advice other than keep advocating for yourself and listening to your body. I’m excited to have just found this app today and having the opportunity to connect with others - so maybe someone else will have some sage advice for us both! ☺️
