any recommendations on how to adjust back to reality and life in general after being inpatient hospitalized ?

For me, it was really hard adjusting to life. I was inpatient for 4 months in 2020. The best advice I can give is take things slow. Don't jump head first into a lot of social events if you're not prepared for all the stimulation. I recommend still keeping some structure in your life, but you don't have to make it super strict. Food wise, I'd recommend starting off with soup and slowly working your way up. It was hard to adjust to normal food after having hospital food for so long. I hope you're doing better after being inpatient!
