What have you found most helpful in treating ADHD? Do you ever feel imposter syndrome due to the overdiagnosis of ADHD? Does BPD upset your self-image?

Yes definitely. I don't really have the best idea of who I am. What my likes and values concretely are. Most things. BPD definitely sucks. So does ADHD. I take Straterra for mine and I have had good results although lately I've slightly been questioning it but I'm having trouble pulling apart what is caused by which ailment lol

  @asparagus Yeah, I find that my likes, dislikes, and opinions mould to whoever I'm with at that moment. I wish I had a solid idea of who I am and what I believe. I'm also trying to sort out what caused what when it comes to ADHD and BPD. I'm also on Strattera and I don't know if I've seen much of a change yet. What dosage are you on currently?
