I’m 20 years old and since I was about 10 I felt like something was missing. My anxiety and depression got really bad and now I feel like I’ve flatlined on all my anti depressants. I think that it’s possible the root of my issue is ADHD. I go for my adult ADHD testing in 2 weeks for a potential diagnosis. Has anyone here been tested as an adult? What was your experience? How did a diagnosis change your life for the better or worse? Thank you.
