Seeking advice on adult ADHD testing
I’m 20 years old and since I was about 10 I felt like something was missing. My anxiety and depression got really bad and now I feel like I’ve flatlined on all my anti depressants. I think that it’s possible the root of my issue is ADHD. I go for my adult ADHD testing in 2 weeks for a potential diagnosis. Has anyone here been tested as an adult? What was your experience? How did a diagnosis change your life for the better or worse? Thank you.

Tested and diagnosed at 27, now I’m awaiting a specialist appt for spectrum testing. The ADHD diagnosis and treatment has helped but def shed more light in my underlying issues which could be explained by my possible ASD. I’ll keep you updated!!
