Rapid Cycling: Anyone Else Experiencing This?

I think I'm going through rapid cycling. my moods change frequently. one week I'm depressed mixed in with feelings of mania filled with restlessness and irritability. can anyone relate? let me know if you are going through the same or similar thing and what can you do to cope? I take my meds regularly but sometimes forget to take my additional dose during lunch.
