For sure. Memory impairment, trouble with attention/concentration, and self regulation can all be symptoms of both ptsd and adhd

Yes it can certainly worsen symptoms and even cause other symptoms as well. Mood issues, more outbursts, being more or less hyperactive than usual, having more trouble with relationships and social situations, and just possibly worsening any symptoms you already had.
