I dont have adhd, but yes! I constantly have a song, sometimes multiple, playing in my head. I cant ever turn them off or change the song so it can get quite annoying.

same!! sometimes its multiple songs, and I cant ever turn it off. I have practiced quite a bit on changing it but it's rare that I'm able to ;0
