Struggling with ADHD and Memory Loss

Unmedicated and only recently diagnosed adhd here. I wish I could remember the very witty sentence I was going to write, but I can't remember what it was. It was funny I promise or I think or maybe it was okay, but really it kind of sucked. I would um... What was I talking about?

My a.d.d. is untreated. My new psyche said "sure, I'm just itching to put a bi-polar on a regular dose of speed. Do you know the kind of mania you could have!"

I am also unmedicated for A.D.D. I have to write stuff down to remember important things.

I do the same thing, but I have a bunch of notebooks with all sorts of things written in them and I can never remember where I wrote it down.
