Just diagnosed with ADHD, what to expect on Vyvanse?

I just got diagnosed with ADHD at 16. I got put on 20mg of Vyvanse. What should I expect with my first day of taking it and what are some side effects of it?

Listen to your body and set reminders to eat, hydrate, and take breaks. It’s easy to get wrapped up in the energy.

When I first started taking it I experienced an emotional crash at the end of the day, in my experience the highs and lows smoothed out after a few weeks. Be prepared for some new feelings! I started keeping a daily mood journal and wrote down side effects, when they started, etc.

Some people experience Vyvance Headaches but your only on 20 mg so you should be fine
