Concerns about ADHD medication and memory problems

Hi folks, I recently started on Dexedrine for ADHD, and I'm worried that my combination of medications might be too much on my liver and blood pressure. However I'm still having terrible memory problems which has been my biggest concern. For more context: I'm on... 200mg Setraline 300mg Wellbutrin 15mg Dexedrine .3ml Testosterone

Do you have any particular reasons to fear for your liver and BP (like family history, symptoms, etc,) or are you just worrying because you've heard about risks to them? Fwiw, I've been on most of what you listed, or at least closely related compounds, and the worst that happened is my triglycerides and hemoglobin went up. Which for the record the doc said was pretty much unavoidable for trans dudes who live in the mountains.

the mountains huh? I haven't heard that. My family does have a history of high BP but I have my own BP cuff to monitor my BP. I also get labs done every now and then for my blood levels of course. Mostly I'm just worried because I've heard that combining those psychiatric medications is not usually recommended
