fellow people on ADHD/stimulant-type meds: do you also deal with gastrointestinal issues when you're on your meds? i take concerta XR 54mg and it causes stomach cramping, bloating, loose stools, and just general discomfort. i've found that taking metamucil helps a bit with symptoms, but it's still very inconvenient when i'm in class or working. does anyone relate or have tips?
