Just started my medicine ,but I have always had trouble sleeping and feel like I sleep much better. Also have been craving sugar. My memory recall I feel is doing better. As far as socially I don't feel like talking as much

You talk less when you're off of your meds? I feel like can't help myself from cutting people off because I get too excited about having something to say when I'm on my meds, but can't concentrate on a conversation if I'm not on them.

I feel like I talk more off of them and more hyper. I feel so much calmer ,but may need to talk about upping my meds a bit if I keep eating because I also suffer from a eating disorder on and off since I was a teen and now feel like I just want to snack... I may just finally be able to calm down enough to sleep and that is why I am feeling so calm and a tad fatigued. Have always had so many issues sleeping and the last week I have slept a lot better so the fatigue may go away later. One thing I have noticed is I have a harder time with letting things go. Before I could shrug things off and now seem to get my feelings hurt a little more.. going to start Lexapro tomorrow ,but don't know when would be the best time to take it..?

All of the obove. And before I was taking the medication, I had no energy. AT ALL. it's never been easy for me to sleep, but that was probably because of it. After I'm energized ND cN concentrate. My ibs and anxiety doesn't affect me.
