For me stimulants really helped my anxiety. I used to have panic attacks a few times a week and now I only get them if I forget to take my medication. If you haven't tried them yet then check with your doctor to see if they're right for you. My head going in circles all the time because of ADHD made my anxiety significantly worse. It's down to a level that they might not even consider it anxiety anymore, I still have worries but they're reasonable and my brain no longer takes them and blows them wildly out of proportion, it's incredible.

i’m not sure for any that don’t hike up anxiety, but I started on Wellbutrin XL and it messed w my anxiety and made it worse, but then I also started Buspirone and I’ve heard a lot of others say it’s a good combo for that ADHD, Depression, Anxiety blend

Strattera worked for my coworker and it's a nonstimulant. I also tried it, but the diarrhea was overwhelming so I stopped at week 2
