Looking for ADHD medication advice while on fluoxetine

What medication do you find works well with fluoxetine for ADHD medication? Recently been diagnosed with ADHD and the doctor has me on a wait list for meds. Currently on fluoxetine for anxiety/depression and that's enough of a struggle for taking in tablet form. Wanting to get an idea of what may work as a good combo as I feel like if it doesn't work well the first few attempts then I won't be able to take the medication reliably enough.. It's honestly a struggle. I understand what works for one may not work for another but I'm hoping this eases my anxiety a bit.

ADHD medication isn't like antidepressants in that you don't need to take it every day for it to work. There is no magic combination here

I know there won't be, I was wondering more of a way to hopefully combat any random side affects when I do manage to take them for example if someone else has taken fluexotine and found any tablets work better than others, I'm really scared that I'm just going to screw it all up again when I'm just finally realising why I am the way I am.
