Hello, currently I am not taking any medicine for my ADHD but I think I need to change that. Is there any good medications to take to help?

There are lots of medicine for ADHD the only thing you can do is trial and error every medication they have to see what one is right for you. Unfortunately I'm on my 5th medication...so hopefully this one will be it. So best of luck !:

i take a stimulant medication, but because they are a controlled substance you have to get a perscription, but it shouldnt be too hard if your diagnosed somewhat recently. Im not sure about other medicines but some people have found that caffine helps them focus since its similar to stimulants.

I feel that I've been told to try Ritalin or Adderall and I'm kinda scared to because my body is super week to medicines and I've had issues with two other past medicines

I don't take a stimulant, they worsen my POTS, but I do take Clonodine and I absolutely love it. It also helps with my anxiety
