Seeking advice on getting ADHD medication
I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid, but haven't seen a psychiatrist since. I want to talk to a psychiatrist/get medication, but don't know how to start. Do I bring them my diagnosis papers when I get my appointment? Do I forget the papers? I'm very open to suggestions.
