Depends on if you have to do it in a short timeframe. If not, just step away and refresh yourself. If you do have to just crunch it asap, then here's some tips. Control EVERY sensory element that you can. Change the lights (I prefer dark), change the sounds (upbeat instrumentals in the headphones on loop), get a snack or chewie toy, something you can manage with one hand (I like an herbal tea with a straw), and wear clothing that you will not notice. If you live with others, instruct them about your timeframe for work and ask them to stay under the radar until you're done. If you can do so safely, have a small amount of caffiene to refresh you occassionally as you work. Don't overdo it! And if all that isn't good enough, try working after sundown, but not too late. And if you are stuck frozen at the first step, just do something stupid and random at first to get your body moving. This is all stuff that works for me. Good luck!

Besides medication, chewing gum might help. Look into gaba supplements or calming vitamin/herb supplements.
