Looking for an ADHD life coach on a budget
I got diagnosed later on in life at 36, it’s been a year now. I am on meds that have finally been adjusted to the right dose & I do talk-therapy, but somehow I still feel the need for a guide or specialist that deals with adhd only,,I guess I would like access to a (adhd-life coach) but one who accepts my crappy health insurance. Anyone know of any virtual ones with decent prices??

Is there such a thing? If this is a thing, maybe I should take a life couch course and do it on the side, lol. Joking aside, I feel you but never even thought about a adhd coach. I think I would benefit from something like this as well. I truly hope you find someone!
