Struggling with Goal Setting and ADHD

Hello everyone, I'm lex. I've never been tested for ADHD but my parents have apparently suspected it as well as possible autism sense I was a kid. I have a question, do any of you deal with trouble sticking to important goals and are able to complete others? each time I try, I feel like I'm climbing a hill just to fall backwards, unless I'm Lazer focused on somthing I'm genuinely intrested in.

I feel this in my soul! Something I've done to help is give myself levels to a task. Green, yellow, red level. So like laundry. If I have lots of energy and motivation I'll do a green level of laundry (3 loads). If I'm feel eh in motivation that day I'll do a yellow level of laundry (1 load of laundry) And then if I have no energy I'll do a red level of laundry (separate them). That way I feel like I'm getting something done but I'm not pilled up to my neck in task from putting them off.
