Random Bursts of Energy with ADHD

Hey do you ever get random burst of energy and want to do stuff but then it kinda runs out and your just tired? I think it's apart of ADHD because I've talked to a few other people with it and they also get random burst of energy.

Yeah definitely all the time. I get this a lot when like I have a random burst to clean my room or hangout with friends and go go go, but then suddenly I get hella tired and want to take a nap or something

i get this a lot; i tend to get grand ideas and if i can fulfill them *right now* then i get tired and forget about them. i also get really ticked off when i have plans with people and im really excited and motivated, and then they just get canceled out of nowhere because then my motivation freaks out.

same I'll sometimes get an idea about a book but something always stops me or I get all of my idea down then don't want to write anymore

Yeah when you try your best to keep your hyper side of ADHD down then it all burst out at once and I use it to clean or do something that takes a lot of energy ☺️

Yes I do. Most of them happen when I'm just about to sleep. I call them night zoomez!
