Struggling with Early Mornings Due to ADHD

anybody else with ADHD struggle with waking up very early? my whole life I have woken up from 4-5am. when I wake up I am 100% awake and ready to jump out of bed. I cannot fall back asleep if I wanted to, I have way too much to think about. Most everybody else I've interacted with enjoys sleeping in and taking things slowly, but in the morning I wake up and am immediately ready to be productive. I take naps because I don't get enough sleep at night. I think this may also be an anxiety thing

Ugh it takes me at least 20 minutes to get out of bed and by 1:30 I’m tired and take a nap

I’d love sleeping in if I could! But I’m the same way and once i’m awake, I’m awake for the day

I can definitely relate to waking up and having the energy to jump into a bunch of tasks, and taking naps to make up for sleep I didn't get. I also have plenty of days when I wake up and it seems absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to wake myself up.

I have noticed that I have been having a hard time waking up, especially recently. It's incredibly frustrating because then I have to rush to get out the door. Usually when I wake up I am at 100% energy and then slowly fall asleep (especially if there is no noise). Not sure if it's ADHD, ADD, or something else
