Hi all! first post here. not sure if i should share my name- but ive been experiencing symptoms of ADHD and DID/OSDD (unsure abt which) since about middle school! I'm starting therapy for the first time ever in 2 weeks and I'm hoping to try getting a diagnosis or two. mostly joined to see if i could find some community here :]
