Truly, talk to your doctor! Getting a diagnosis when possible can be really helpful and provide great insight

I suggest taking your queries to a professional, as they can then direct you down the correct path in order to receive a diagnosis. But you shouldn’t gaslight yourself, more often than not, many avoid a diagnosis out of shame/self manipulation. If you found a strange lump on your body that had all of the indications of cancer, would you ignore that too? Most likely not. Your mental health is just as important as your physical and you owe it yourself to get a diagnosis if you truly feel this could be a condition you have. I didn’t get diagnosed with both Autism and ADHD until I was an adult, yet since I have— a lot of things within my life started to make sense. All of the weird quirks, icks and habits I had as a child became clearer opposed to just believing I was a weird/naughty child. Discovering your diagnosis’ can really help you learn about who you are and why you are the way you are. Take care of yourself, I’m here to message if you would like to talk or need any advice. Good luck. ❤️
