Discussing ADHD Diagnosis and Seeking Help

would anyone like to talk about their adhd diagnosis? i’m not currently diagnosed but i have strong suspicions. i think it might be worth pursuing a diagnosis but i also don’t want to be overdramaticizing my symptoms

In my experience, I was diagnosed in middle school and struggled a lot with staying on tasks, paying attention, energetic one minute and practically falling asleep the next. I also have what alot of adhd’ers have called Auditory processing disorder, which to be as straight to the point as possible means that my brain takes longer to process what is being said than your average person. There are lots more too but everyone is different. Those were the main ones for me.
