Recurring Headaches, Nausea, and Exhaustion - Seeking Help

This is a long shot but I need to see if anybody else has this. No doctor has been able to figure this out and I'm completely lost. - Consistent, recurring, severe headaches/migraines that last 5-8hrs -Nausea after eating -Dizziness when standing up (but normal iron) -No appetite -Exhaustion constantly -Recurring stomach cramps (like period cramps, but not on period) -Irregular period (6-8 months without one only to have a very short light one) -Nosebleeds

Do you take medication? I found out the medication I was taking had migraines as a side effect.

I see that you have epilepsy. Maybe it could be a side effect of the meditation OR there are possibilities where epilepsy can lead to more serious disorders as well. Def talk to Neuro about it

I would talk to a neurologist that understands EDS. Neck instability is very common in EDS but missed by most doctors.

Nosebleeds could be vitamin K deficiency

Look into autonomic nervous system dysfunction and POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome)- have a lot of the same symptoms as you stated in a POTS flare and gets worse with endometriosis/cramping.

For the cramps and irregular period I would say maybe look into PCOS I know that PCOS can really affect the ovulation meaning that you can go a bunch of months without a period and it can also cause cramps without a period as well

I would look into neck instability. I have a lot of that and it can cause some really strange symptoms. Including abdominal pain if the vagus nerve is being pinched. Also Chiari malformation causes severe migraines.

I'll look into it, who should I talk to about it?
