      The best combination for me has been vyvanse, prozac, and wellbutrin and i’m finally feeling myself again

      Same as above. Depression tends to exacerbate ADHD symptoms. It often helps, I wouldn't say completely, but as your depression gets better it should improve your focus.

      for me personally my adhd and depression r pretty connected. when my adhd gets bad it’s usually bc i’m struggling w depression at that time
