For me it depends on whether I'm taking meds or not, and what specific meds I was taking. With the current one I'm taking I can't have caffeine qt all cause it makes me unbelievably anxious and my heart races, but not much else. When I was on Adderall it helped me stay awake enough to get to school but not much else. If I'm not taking meds it helps me be awake for like 2 hours, is hit or miss with anxiety. Or at least as I remember. I am currently forcing myself to cut off coffee, and I haven't been on Adderall since 10th grade (am now 22). Started my new meds last summer so honestly I don't remember off the top of my head what that was like for me.

Would you mind sharing what DNA test you did? My psych wants me to do genetic testing since I’ve failed so many meds, but I don’t think my insurance covers it and it’s expensive
