Struggling with ADHD and Bipolar - Need Advice

so my ADHD is really bad lately just recently got out of the pysch hospital. I the Dr explained that most of my issues she believes stems from my ADHD with a on set of bipolar I'm gonna try and talk to some one on the regular now to figure it out but I just want to know if any one had issues like this plz and ty

      My ex had both. I highly recommend therapy, and not just medication from a psychiatrist. Therapy is a life saver. Feel better šŸ™

      I also have adhd and bipolar. I was hospitalized in October 2021, but I did not get my bipolar diagnosis until a few weeks ago. Itā€™s a bit of a relief to have some answers, but itā€™s also scary to have to learn about a whole new diagnosis.

      i just figured out like yesterday i had bipolar and iā€™m like thatā€™s what this is !???!! itā€™s so hard everyday i feel u so much u got this tho !

      Have ADHD and bipolar. Stimulants made me manic, ended up in the psych ward. Thankfully the next time it happened it dawned on me that I was manic. Good luck, you're not alone!
