Seeking Help to Determine if I Have ADHD or Autism

I have a lot of symptoms of both adhd and autism, but I’m not financially capable of getting a diagnosis right now, would someone with either of those conditions like to help me out to see if its worth it to save up the money?

      I have adhd. For me, being diagnosed was not worth it, however I did not respond well to medication. If I had, I think the diagnosis would be very worth it. It also highly depends on how well you are coping with your environment. If I had been doing well, I wouldn't have even tried medication.

      I've read that there is a lot of intersection with autism and ADHD in terms of symptoms - if you search of up ADHD and autism Venn diagram or ADHD vs autism, there are a lot of helpful sources that identify how they're different!

      If insurance can cover it, try setting up a nuero psych. It can help with a diagnosis, and help you with the next steps. I understand if you're unable to financially cover it though, so I apologize if I sound insensitive.
