Connecting with Others Like Me: My ADHD and ASD Diagnosis

Hi 👋 😁 I was recently diagnosed with adhd and was told I had autistic traits, currently self diagnosed ASD and awaiting assessment. I really just wanna connect with others like me, feel a little less alone. But hey, aren't we all? 😄

I understand the feeling, not yet fully diagnosed ASD diagnosed ADHD And Bipolar disorder, so I understand the feeling of waiting for the assessment, it's like a kid waiting when it's parents tell them be patient be t all they want is that one thing.
