Struggling with ADHD and Anxiety: Need Help!

So I was diagnosed with ADHD at 6 I believe? around maybe 2nd grade or so, and was put on meds but lately i feel like my anxiety has been getting worse and worse every day and i have no idea how to control my nonstop worries and compulsive behavior that makes my anxiety worse. any help/tips?

Quiet time: I started sitting in silence doing absolutely nothing. It's like meditating but you don't have to stress about doing Anything! It allows you to connect and collect your thoughts. It's wild what kind of profound realizations I had just sitting there doing nothing.... Also, therapy is great Also, identify the root of your anxiety. Be honest. If it is procrastination related, own it. Once I started being honest with myself, a lot of my anxiety went away....

I know that most of my anxiety comes from procrastination and avoiding tasks that aren’t of interest to me.
