Struggling with ADHD, Anxiety, and Bipolar Diagnosis

Alots been happening. I have ADHD, diagnosed 2nd grade, and havent taken meds for it since 4th grade. lately I've been wondering if it's getting worse. Hyper focusing on everything and nothing. However I also wonder can you have anxiety amplified with adhd? I'm on bi polar meds and things don't seem right. Can someone tell me of you can have adhd, depression and anxiety or should I stick with thus bi polar diagnosis which seems wrong?

I was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder. The medications made everything worse. Diagnosed with ADHD when I was 7 took medications till I was 11 and then again for a few years as an adult. Read about CPTSD it's very common to be misdiagnosed as the symptoms are very similar. Trust yourself if something doesn't feel right most likely it's not. That's just my personal experience. I am in trauma therapy and have put a lot of work into healing from my childhood trauma as well as into my adult years. My mental health symptoms have drastically improved. I do not take any phych medication bc it would either make me completely numb (which was helpful in the beginning of trauma therapy) or make everything so much worse. Especially anger and suicidal ideation. I had 1 attempted on a bipolar medication. Now I only use cannabis occasionally for my symptoms. There are natural ways to increase your dopamine levels that helps at least to an extent. It's not a one show fits all. You have to do what's right for you. But if your questioning your medication definitely speak to your Dr about some alternatives.

I have ADD and bad anxiety that i believe is OCD. I can verify that yes ADD does contribute to amplified anxiety. ADD medication can make it worse too. Im on Adderall XR for ADD and Buspar for anxiety

I have all 3! It’s a triple edged sword! Sadly, most things I’ve tried don’t interact well together. When I started taking adderall it made my depression way worse so I had to stop. I do take Activz supplements and that seems to help me quite a bit. I had to give it a good month to see improvement though!
