So with cannabis, there is a lot of science behind it not a lot of people know about. You want to look at the strain you want to use for instance I like Jack Herer. This strain is very focusing and helps my attention. This strain is high in pinene, which is what you want to look for in strains to help adhd. There isn’t a ton of research with it, so you have to do some trial and error.

Personally, I’ve found that marijuana has been extremely helpful. Since I started smoking I’ve been able to hyper focus on more productive things and it’s really helped me in my schooling. Just be sure to research different strains and do trial runs ! Some strains will help some strains really won’t. Honestly it’s different for anyone but it’s definitely worth a shot if it’s something you’re wanting to try :))

I personally find that sativas help me get stuff done, but it has to be a very specific strain! Indicas make my adhd way worse (because they make you tired and it’s even harder to get up and get busy)

Following. I've heard mixed things and this is always an interesting discussion. I do use it daily and there are times it helps, as I also struggle with anxiety and depression but there are also times where I feel it may hinder me further, but at least even then it helps alleviate some physical symptoms like racing heart or muscle tension.
