With Christmas break coming to a close, I’m dealing with a lot of stress with the idea of having to do schoolwork again. My adhd makes it really really difficult for me to work but once I’m able to start I do pretty well… it’s just that push I need to get there as well as routine as I’m currently doing online schooling. I would go back to in-person but I’m close to graduating and moving out so I really need to find a good way to manage myself so I can be successful on my own. Does anyone have anything that’s worked for them to help get schoolwork done with adhd? Any advice would be really helpful

I find that doing school work online is worse for ADD/ADHD, while in-person helps you keep focused. I used to do 20min homework and 10min breaks at home. I also would have the computer read to me the website, to keep me on track.
