Dealing with Mood Swings after Addison's Diagnosis

I was diagnosed with Addison’s a month ago after having a crisis. My mood swings are so bad. The evenings and night are the worst. Does this get better over time? Any naturally remedies or tips?! I’m suppose to be returning to my job on Monday and have no idea how I’m going to cope with these swings.

Im on antidepressant. Tried to go off and after 2 months I was basically in a rage all the time. I’ll never quit again.

I am still not understanding my condition. My issue came from cortisone injections and pain meds. I haven’t reached Addison’s yet. Did you start with adrenal insufficiency?

Do you also see a psychiatrist? You may want to get those mood swings treated with meds. Mood swings with Addison's are not fun :(

Are you referring to steroid swings? I was/am aaaaaallways a hot mess on prednisone, but seem to have far fewer swings on hydrocortisone.
