what Adderall dosage REALLY worked for your ADHD? I'm currently at 20 about to switch over to IR and haven't noticed too much of a change to attention, intrusive thoughts and distractibility. Just wondering how it's like for everybody else.

I'm on 20 xr and it works. I still have trouble with executive functioning and getting started, but it's much easier for me to stay on task or get back to the task after a break. When i take it I can do 30 min of work at a time whereas when i don't I can only do 15 min at a time
