Can't focus on anything until I find twine

Is this my ADD or sum else? So I was cleaning my room nd wanted to bundle sum of my dry herbs nd hang em nd I wanted twine but I can’t find it anywhere, but I feel like I can’t do anything else until I do that one thing, soo I been looking all over for twine for like 40 mins, I don’t wanna do anything else till I do that,, also I was doing dishes didn’t finish cus I running around doing that too lol

Yeah that happens with me alot! It's a sort of action paralysis where you can't do anything till taht one fixation is satisfied. At least that's what I would describe it as ^^'
